On August 16th and 17th, Mr. Huang Hongsheng, the founder of Kewei Group, Ms. Z Ping, the Group's General Manager and Co-CEO, and the core management team gathered in Nanjing for a significant "Anchoring Benchmarks, Reflecting and Exam, Performance-Oriented, and Catching Up" semi-annual summary reflection and future five-year strategic planning consensus meeting. This was an "Analysis Meeting" that directly issues, and more importantly, a "Mobilization Meeting" that built consensus and outlined a blueprint.
On the first day of the meeting, focusing on the four key links of "Review, Benchmarking, Reflection, and Improvement", Ms.hu Ping, CEO of Kewei Group, set the tone for the meeting with her profound insights. Subsequently, the leaders of the group's core business segments and-office departments - from commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, components, to R&D platforms, overseas business, quality manufacturing, etc. - took the stage one by one, using achievement of performance goals as a mirror, deeply analyzing the shortcomings of the work in the first half of 2025, candidly carrying out self-criticism, focusing on the annual goals to propose improvement strategies and action plans. The meeting was brought to a climax by all the managers with a passionate "commitment ceremony". Each person in charge solemnly swore and signed personal commitment letter, transforming the five-year strategic goals into a mission and responsibility for all the staff to strive for, demonstrating the determination of Kewei people to "deliver our words and accomplish our mission".
For this meeting, we invited Mr. Hou Xiaohai, an external strategic expert, to guide us. Mr. Hou, based on-edge industry insights and the actual development of Kewei, put forward the "five core thinking" suggestions which are of great strategic depth and practical value. He believes that we take customer thinking, competitive thinking, cost thinking, innovation thinking, and execution thinking as the core, and run through all aspects of enterprise strategy formulation and daily operation. This systematic thinking provides important ideological weapons and practical paths for Kewei Group to grasp opportunities, meet challenges, and achieve strategic goals in the new stage.
Finally, Mr. Huang Hongsheng, the founder of the Group, delivered a summary guidance with a visionary perspective and a profound sense of, infusing the strategic blueprint with the soul of reflection and rebirth. He elevated reflection to the height of life resilience and organizational evolution, pointing out that while failure can be devastating "the ability to criticize oneself and reflect" can subvert inertia and create miracles.
